Verification
Ensure your item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and custom packaging intact within 7 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit; HRH COLLECTION is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
Processing
Once received and inspected by our team, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
