What is the processing time for my order?
All HRH Collection pieces are handcrafted to order. Standard processing typically takes 7-14 business days before your package is dispatched for shipping.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the quality of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in a dry place when not in use to prevent tarnishing.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production queue. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.
Are your materials hypoallergenic?
We use a variety of high-quality materials including gold-filled, sterling silver, and plated metals. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific material details if you have sensitivities.
